Finance Administrator

Salary: £25-28k depending on experience

Location: Canary Wharf

Hours: Full time, this role will be based in the office 5 days a week

What You'll Do:

Daily/Weekly Duties:

Process purchase and sales invoices using Xero accounting software Support reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Process e expenses Support with credit control

Monthly Duties:

Month-end reconciliation Support VAT return preparations Help prepare basic financial reports Provide assistance with payroll administration when needed

What We're Looking For:

Basic understanding of finance duties Experience with Xero is beneficial but not essential Strong numerical and analytical skills Confident with Microsoft Excel.
