We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our caring team and help keep our hospice running smoothly. You will support our Accounts Payable function by processing supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and helping us maintain strong, reliable financial processes that allow us to provide the best care every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the accounts payable system
Processing supplier invoices
Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Identify & implement improvements in procedures and controls
Manage the employee expenses process
What were looking for:
Experience working with Accounts Payable system
AAT qualified or equivalent
Advanced excel skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail & ability to ensure compliance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
