The Opportunity In this role, youll play a vital part in managing sales and accounts across multiple business entities. Youll be trusted with maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cashflow through effective credit control, and ensuring smooth day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining the debtors ledger across multiple entities Processing and raising sales invoices using QuickBooks Handling credit control and customer account queries Posting and reconciling sales receipts and bank transactions Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers Credit card analysis and reconciliations Intercompany invoicing and postings Supporting month-end processes and ad hoc projects Providing cover within the finance team when required About You Youll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and systems. Youll take pride in accuracy and enjoy being a reliable point of contact for both colleagues and customers. Youll ideally have: Experience using QuickBooks Strong Excel skills Previous experience in a busy finance environment Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills A collaborative, team-focused approach Confidence working across multiple entities Whats in It for You?
