Were currently partnering with a dynamic and commercially driven organisation to recruit an Interim Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to cover a 12-month maternity contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to join a high-performing team and add real value by supporting operational and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Divisional Directors and wider senior leadership, this role will play a key part in providing robust financial insight, improving processes, and driving performance across multiple schemes and workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Month-End & Management Reporting: Preparation of timely and accurate management accounts, rolling forecasts, and in-depth variance/trend analysis. Business Partnering: Be the go-to finance contact for Divisional Directors and operational managers, helping them understand their financial performance and make data-driven decisions. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead on divisional budgets and reforecasts, identifying risks and opportunities. Financial Analysis: Deliver clear profitability insights at project/workstream level, supporting commercial priorities.
