Work closely with the business to support the organisation by providing relevant financial information and add value using financial analysis. Prepare monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, reforecasting and ad‑hoc analysis as required to support decision‑making across the business and provide reports to Senior Managers, Directors and the Board. Work on a hybrid basis and must be able to get to our Head Office in Gateshead. Support budget holders to understand and improve financial performance, income reconciliations, reviewing and reconciling restricted funds.

What we’re looking for

Detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills. CCAB qualified or equivalent. Proven record of providing commercial support. Good Excel skills. Charity or care sector experience.
