Commercially partner with Operational Heads to deliver real-time insight and challenge decision-making Deliver clear, insight-led analysis to improve profitability and efficiency Develop and maintain reporting that drives informed commercial decisions Own financial evaluation of menu changes and promotions, maintaining the Brand profitability model Provide sales and margin analysis across Brands Support new restaurant investment through business case modelling Collaborate with Management Accounts to ensure robust data for analysis Analyse monthly performance and track delivery against budgets and forecasts Support budgeting and forecasting processes Drive cost-saving initiatives and support implementation vel Provide financial support to the Head of Franchise
About You
Solid written and verbal cross-functional communication First class interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal stake holders to Director level. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload High attention to detail A collaborative and supportive team player Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Advanced knowledge of Excel
