Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business in East Cheshire to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a pivotal commercial role supporting revenue growth and strategic decision-making.
The Role
Own top-line planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams Lead on SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, GDR, pipeline, sales productivity) Partner with Sales on quotas, headcount, and commission modelling Influence pricing, product monetisation, and growth strategy Deliver revenue insights to exec, board, and investors Improve lead-to-cash processes and data integrity About You
Commercial Finance, FP&A, or RevOps experience within SaaS Strong modelling and analytical capability (BI/SQL advantageous) Commercial, influential, and effective in fast-growth environments
