An experienced Finance Business Partner is required to provide high-quality financial insight and strategic support across multiple business areas within a complex organisation undergoing significant change. Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with executive and senior leadership teams to support decision-making, financial planning and performance management.This is a highly visible, hands‑on role combining strong management accounting expertise, business partnering and stakeholder engagement across finance and non‑finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial performance management for multiple business areas, including budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planningDeliver accurate, timely management information and insightful analysis to senior stakeholdersAct as the key finance contact for your portfolio, building strong, trusted relationshipsSupport the development of cost‑saving and revenue‑optimisation initiativesLead on the financial development of business cases, translating complex inputs into clear, well‑understood financial plansContribute to the development of new programmes, projects and strategic initiativesAbout You:Strong management accounting background with up-to-date technical knowledgeQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience delivering impactful financial analysis and insightExperience working with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environmentExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non‑finance audiencesHighly organised, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesExperience working within a large, complex or public‑sector organisationExperience in higher education or a similarly regulated environmentThis is a demanding but rewarding role offering real influence, exposure to senior decision‑makers, and the opportunity to shape financial outcomes in an organisation with ambitious plans for the future.
