We are currently recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a well-established business located in Worcestershire. This is a key role that will work closely with both finance and operational teams to drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and provide financial insight across the business.

\nResponsibilities:

\nPartner with operational teams to understand financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful analysis
\n
\nDeliver insightful management reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
\n
\nLead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departmental heads
\n
\nSupport business planning and strategy development with robust financial modelling
\n
\nIdentify and drive process improvements across finance and operational functions
\n
\nAct as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable information
\n
\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and advise on opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
\n
\nRequirements:
\n
\nFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
\n
\nStrong commercial acumen and experience working in a business partnering capacity
\n
\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
\n
\nProven track record of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
\n
\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support stakeholders at all levels
\n
\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
\n
