The Role

Act as the key finance partner to operational and commercial teams, supporting strategic and day-to-day decision-making Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for your business areas Deliver insightful analysis, commentary, and financial models to support initiatives such as pricing, investment appraisals, and scenario planning Build strong relationships across the business, helping stakeholders understand performance drivers and financial implications Identify efficiencies, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and processes Work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and provide a constructive viewpoint grounded in data Support month-end processes by providing analysis, variance explanations, and performance tracking
