Thisisapivotalleadershiprole,workingcloselywiththeManagingDirectorandSeniorLeadershipTeamtodrivefinancialperformance,supportdecisionmakingandensurerobustfinancialcontrol.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbringbothstrategicinsightandhandsoncapability,helpingtoshapeanddeliverthecompanysgrowthplanswhilemaintainingoperationalexcellenceacrossthefinancefunction.
KeyRequirements DemonstrableexperiencewithintheRetailsector,ideallywithinproductledenvironments Proventrackrecordoperatinginamultisitebusinesswithresponsibilityacrossmultiplelocations Experienceworkinginorganisationswithturnoverof£35m+ StrongsystemsexperienceincludingproficiencyinSage Commerciallyastute,withtheabilitytopartnercloselywithseniorleadershiptoinfluencebusinessdecisions Expertiseinmanagingcashflow,stockandmarginwithinaretailenvironment Strongfinancialplanningandanalysiscapability,includingbudgeting,forecastingandperformancetracking Abilitytobalancestrategicoversightwithhandsondeliverywhererequired Experiencesupportingbusinessgrowthinitiativessuchasnewsiteopeningsorexpansionprojects Demonstratedleadershipexperience,includingbuilding,managinganddevelopingfinanceteams Highlevelofattentiontodetailalongsidetheabilitytooperateatpaceinadynamicenvironment Strongcommunicationskills,withtheconfidencetochallengeandsupportstakeholdersacrossthebusiness
