OverviewElement has an opportunity for a Finance Manager / Business Partner to join our growing team and support our Materials Testing Cluster in UK. This is a great opportunity to develop your Finance career within a Global testing, inspection and certification TIC business.ResponsibilitiesProvision of financial data to GMs to partner and support business growthProducing management information, cash flow forecasts and provide commentary on resultsPreparation of annual budget and forecasting plansPerformance management - including daily tracking and margin leadership metric reviewsPartner with BU leadershipDevelop and improve control environment through partnering with ops/commercial teams on root cause and resolution actionRegular site visits to partner with General Manager, operation directors and relevant functionsSkills / QualificationsACA, ACCA or CIMA preferredProven experience as a Finance Manager / Business PartnerGood ability to communicate clearly and partner with GM and senior stakeholdersGood team working skillPositive attitude and pro-active thinking, initiative thinking and flexible approachAbility to identify issues and areas of improvement through analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent numeracy skills and analytical mindsetDisplays a 'can-do' mentality which is focussed on targets and deadlinesPersists in overcoming obstaclesA self-starter; does not wait for others to solve problemsAbility to prioritise workloads and work within a fast paced, changing environmentCompany OverviewElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
