You’re coming in at a pivotal moment - the structure is being built now, not inherited. The business is backed by a high quality PE‑House, growing c.30% YoY and preparing for a major event in the next few years. As part of your role you will be developing enhanced board packs to incorporate PE/Investor and ESG Reporting You’ll be in the room for the conversations ACAs at this level usually never get near. You’ll lead a team of five. Own group reporting. Run cash, treasury, and covenant reporting. Drive ERP and transformation projects. Partner with operations to link factory activities to financial results.

Forecasting, liquidity and bank reporting Drive improvements across debtor, creditor and stock

Transformation & Systems

Strengthen processes, controls and data Lead ERP/MRP improvements and automation Build digital dashboards and new reporting capability

Leadership

Manage, coach and develop a team of five Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
