\nWe're supporting a large, complex UK organisation operating in a highly regulated environment to appoint a Finance Manager (Pricing & Modelling) into a technically focused, high-impact role.
\n
\nThis position is well suited to a qualified accountant who enjoys hands-on financial modelling, working into detail, and partnering closely with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
\n
\nThe role
\n
\nReporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring pricing structures, revenue recovery mechanisms, and financial models accurately reflect business activity and external requirements.
\n
\nKey responsibilities include:
\n
\nDeveloping and maintaining complex financial models used to support pricing and revenue decisions
\n
\nPerforming scenario analysis to assess financial outcomes and risk
\n
\nSupporting external submissions and structured reporting requirements
\n
\nProviding technical financial advice to senior stakeholders across the business
\n
\nIdentifying opportunities to optimise revenue and improve financial performance
\n
\nWorking closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and control in financial data
\n
\nDriving continuous improvement across modelling, reporting, and governance processes
\n
\nAbout you
\n
\nThis role is hands-on and requires someone comfortable working directly with detailed financial information.
\n
\nYou'll ideally bring:
\n
\nProfessional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) - this is a must!
\n
\nExperience within a regulated or rules-based commercial environment
\n
\nStrong financial modelling and analytical capability
\n
\nExposure to pricing, revenue, or complex financial frameworks
\n
\nExperience supporting structured reporting or external-facing processes
\n
\nThe ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
\n
\nWhat's on offer
