Job Description Delighted to be partnering with a fast paced growing organisation on their search for a Group Finance Manager!
My client are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their growing Finance team based in Harrogate.
Day to day duties will include:
Lead the end-to-end production of monthly management accounts for multiple group companies, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timely delivery.
Own the statutory financial statements process for group entities, including coordination and management of annual audits.
Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day management to a direct report, supporting development and high performance.
Oversee the integrity of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring robust controls and clear resolution of any issues.
Review sales ledgers to ensure invoicing aligns with contractual terms and that outstanding balances are collected promptly.
Manage and review monthly recharges across management and operating companies, including full reconciliation of intercompany balances and investigation of discrepancies with the finance team.
Support the preparation of quarterly board reporting, with the opportunity to take full ownership once established in the role.
