Description Coordinate and submit monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the UK entities. Manage Accounting, Tax, and Treasury team. Coach and develop team members. Foster personal growth aligned with objectives. Work closely with the Financial Shared Service Centre on sub-ledger processes. Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations and journal entries. Analyse financial results versus expectations, budgets, and forecasts. Provide technical accounting support to the business. Enhance reporting/planning systems and standardise procedures.
