Finance Manager - Insurance Broker - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus and benefits Your new company A well-established organisation with a strong presence in the insurance and financial services sector is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join one of its fast-growing divisions. Your new role Working as part of the central finance team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and control across the European region. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing multi-currency accounting across several European entities Leading and supporting month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Maintaining strong SOX, financial controls and compliance frameworks Preparing reconciliations, journals and variance analysis to support local teams Acting as a trusted partner to local finance teams across Europe, providing guidance, resolving queries and ensuring standardisation of processes. Supporting regional audits and driving improvements in reporting quality Contributing to ongoing transformation and efficiency projects What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (practice background preferred) with post-qualification experience in industry Experience within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated sector Strong understanding of multi-currency ledgers and consolidations Solid month-end process experience with strong attention to detail Exposure to SOX, controls or compliance frameworks Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with teams across Europe Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines What you'll get in return You’ll join a dynamic and growing division within a respected organisation, offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and clear opportunities for career progression.
