A growing fashion brand, based in London, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join a real success story in the retail space.


This role will involve all elements of financial reporting and will have exposure to the wider business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all month end reporting, including improving month end reporting deadlines
  • Managing a team of transactional finance, including training and mentoring
  • Improving P&L reporting to ensure the wider business get efficient reporting
  • Working closely with the CFO on developing KPI's across the business


Who we are looking for:

  • A qualified accountant, with exposure to consumer businesses
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in month end processes
  • A passion for the retail space and ability to step up into a Financial Controller position in the medium term
