Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in Northamptonshire office + monthly travel to Denmark)
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Our client, a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse solutions, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to support operations in Denmark and Norway. This is an excellent opportunity to combine financial expertise with international exposure in a company known for innovation and growth.
The role:
As Finance Manager , youll act as a key finance partner to local management and project teams, providing accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive performance across two countries.
Key responsibilities:
Financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
Month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
VAT/statutory reporting and Group-level reporting
Process improvement and cross-country collaboration

About you:
Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Manager, Management Accounting or similar
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Relevant management/financial accounting qualification
Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in an international setting
