Telecom Acquisitions Limited is the parent company for the following subsidiaries: Home Telecom Limited, Fleur Telecom Limited, Eclipse Broadband Limited and Eze Talk Residential Limited. We specialise in the home move market providing broadband, energy, water and Sky products. Growth is our key strategy, and with the marketplace we are active we are constantly looking to acquire customer bases in the telecommunication sector. We currently have c61k customers with the strategy to grow beyond 100k customers within the next 1-2 years. Overview The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-focused and commercially aware finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. They will play a central role in ensuring smooth financial operations across management accounting, credit control, billing, cashflow, and reporting. They will also act as a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership team, contributing directly to business growth and acquisition-related activities. Core Competencies & Skills Technical & Financial Expertise
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Highly organised with proven time-management capability. Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant. Experience with Sage 200 (preferred). Strong understanding of management accounts, consolidation, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and financial due diligence.
Key Experience Financial Operations
Cashflow monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly management reporting. Managing purchase ledger close and managing month-end processes. Oversight of debt reporting and collaboration with credit control.
Business Partnering & Leadership Supporting the CFO with:
Acquisition onboarding (share or asset deals) Monthly consolidated accounts Leading banking relationships and supporting external finance stakeholders (auditors, software providers, etc.).
Strategic Input
Providing ad-hoc analysis to the CFO to support decision-making across the senior management team. Contributing to financial due diligence and acquisition-driven growth
