Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with a highly respected, successful, international Manufacturing business, just south of Bolton, who are looking to recruit a hands‑on Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO duties will include:

Ownership of monthly management accounts & group reporting Cash flow forecasting & working capital management Margin, cost and profitability analysis Strengthening controls, compliance & tax oversight Driving finance systems & ERP improvements Partnering with operations & commercial teams Leading and developing a small finance team

This role requires a driven, hands‑on, commercially minded accountant who has strong controls expertise, exceptional cash flow management skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Experience within manufacturing/engineering would be highly advantageous but not essential, and be suitably qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) to be considered.
