Lead the overall finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial governance Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Provide clear insight to leadership on profitability, sales performance, and operational efficiency Work closely with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making and drive margin improvement Develop and mentor the finance team while strengthening internal processes and reporting Contribute to wider business strategy and support the CEO on key commercial decisions
