Position Overview

A mid-senior level opening for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the Location Controller with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and broader strategic initiatives. This role offers strong upward mobility and direct interaction with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, graphs, and narratives

Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Monitor profitability, budget performance, and fiscal soundness

Understand and improve location-specific financial drivers

Review forecasts, identify deviations, and provide meaningful insights

Lead and support Monthly Business Reviews

Drive process improvement projects across finance functions

Partner with internal stakeholders for ad hoc and ongoing analysis

Lead initiatives to revamp financial systems such as pricing and standard costing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited institution

Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, or Consulting

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

Qualifications

MBA or CPA certification

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise financial systems

Background in industrial manufacturing or similar sectors

Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
