Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

1 Days Old

Surrey | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) This is one of those roles where FP&A is actually at the centre of the business. Not sat in the background producing reports. Not just updating spreadsheets that go nowhere. This is about owning the numbers that drive decision making. You would be joining a PE backed business that is scaling quickly, investing properly and building out a finance function that can support the next phase of growth. There is real momentum here. The kind where things are moving, evolving and improving constantly. And finance is right in the middle of it. The role is broad, commercial and genuinely impactful. You will take full ownership of the budgeting process, lead on FP&A reporting across the business, and manage the valuation model that underpins key strategic decisions. This is not just about reporting what has happened. It is about modelling what could happen next. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, partnering across departments, and helping shape the direction of the business through insight and analysis. There is also the opportunity to develop a junior team member, adding a leadership angle to the role early on. WISH LIST
Qualified ACA or ACCA 2 to 5 years PQE Strong FP&A experience within a multi-entity or growing environment Experience with valuation modelling and scenario analysis Advanced Excel skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business Strong communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders
THE ROLE

YOUR PROFILE
Someone who enjoys being close to the detail but equally comfortable stepping back and looking at the bigger picture. You like understanding how a business actually works. Not just the numbers, but the drivers behind them. Confident enough to challenge, but pragmatic enough to work with people to find solutions. And you are probably at that stage where you want more ownership, more exposure and more influence over what happens next.
