The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and in-person visits Handling incoming and outgoing client calls Working closely with senior staff to support the management of client accounts Processing and updating client information with accuracy Completing a wide range of associated administrative tasks
About You The ideal candidate will have:
Administrative and customer-facing experience gained within a professional services environment Experience from financial services, wealth management, accountancy, insurance, legal, banking or similar sectors Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner Solid IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Working Hours
Office-based role Monday-Thursday: 9:15am-5:30pm Friday: 9:15am-4:30pm
Salary will be £27-30k per annum DOE
