Job Description:
Peel Construction are working with a market leader within the fire protection sector. We're currently looking for a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support with major Tier 1 projects valued at up to £3M - £6M in London.
Requirements:
* Managing projects between £3M – £6M
* Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
* Full financial control of projects
* Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
* Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
* Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
* Prepare quotations
* Develop and prepare budgets and take-offs
* Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to standards
