Fire & Security Service Engineer

The Role
You will be responsible for service, maintenance, reactive, and emergency works, with a strong focus on high-end CCTV and Access Control systems. The role includes working on both standalone and multi-site systems. A good level of IP/networking knowledge is essential, as much of the work involves networked CCTV and access control solutions.
Hours, Callout & Package
Hours: 08:30 on site
17:00 finish
Call-out: 1 week in 4
Travel: First 30 minutes each way unpaid
Salary: Dependent on the engineers skill set and experience
Permanent role with consistent workload

Door Entry and Intercoms
Intruder Alarms
Fire Alarms (Conventional and Addressable)
Integrated security systems
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience servicing commercial fire and security systems
Strong CCTV and Access Control background
Good IP and networking knowledge
Confident fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Able to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Willing to take part in a 1-in-4 call-out rota
Professional and customer-focused approach
