Notting Hill Fish + Meat is the 'Chef's Supermarket' located in the heart of Notting Hill. We pride ourselves in selling the best quality Fish, Meat, Fruit and Vegetable that we can find! Our loyal customers love our produce as well as the unique culture our incredible team create.
You will be working under Fredrik Lindfors, our Head Fishmonger and Co-Owner, whose years of dedication and expertise has meant we are known as the best Fishmongers in West London!

What is required of you:
Excellent customer service while being able to multitask
Outstanding knife skills
Have a high attention to detail
To remain calm under pressure
Have a good knowledge of food and drink
40-50 hours per week
What you are responsible for:
Preparing and filleting a range of fish and seafood
Monitoring stock and proper rotation
Keeping high quality food and uphold FoodS Safety standards
Work closely with the rest of the team & advocate our culture of fun and hard work
Ordering & to assist in minimising waste
Help customers with their order and find them the best product to suit their needs. Give advise and recommendation on cooking/uses of product
Experience needed:
Previous Fishmonger experience is essential
