Fit-Out Manager LondonSalary: £50,000 £60,000 + packageWe are currently recruiting for two experienced Fit-Out Managers to join a leading main contractor on major projects in London. These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-value, design-led schemes within a dynamic and well-established delivery team.The successful candidates will take responsibility for managing fit-out works across designated sections of large-scale builds, reporting directly to the Project Manager and ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all fit-out activities on siteCoordinate and drive subcontractor performance to meet programme deadlinesEnsure quality control across key packages including drylining, joinery, and finishing tradesMonitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain site documentationWork closely with the wider site team to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements:Minimum 5 years experience managing fit-out worksStrong technical knowledge of drywall systems, acoustic detailing, firestopping, and joineryProven track record delivering projects within a main contractor environmentExcellent communication and team coordination skillsDegree qualified preferred, though strong trades-based backgrounds will also be consideredStable career history with demonstrated project deliveryJBRP1_UKTJ
