RMB Driving is recruiting experienced Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Driversfor a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity in Northampton. This is an excellent role for candidates seeking stable weekday work, job security, and progression to a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a Bendi / Flexi forklift safely within a warehouse environment
  • Moving, loading, and storing stock accurately in racking systems
  • Maintaining high levels of health & safety compliance
  • Checking and handling goods with care and attention to detail
  • Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday only
  • Standard shift: 08:00 17:00 (With an hour for lunch)
  • Weekend work can be required, but an overtime rate would be provided.
Pay Rates
  • £30,000 per annum after successful temp to perm period (65 shifts)
Candidate Requirements
  • Valid Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Licence (ITSAR or NOTLS essential)
  • Proven experience operating a Bendi truck in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Looking for a long-term temp-to-perm role
