Flexi Development Sales Manager Role:

• You would be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation.
• You will be managing the day to day sales function across developments.
• As a Development Sales Manager, you will be first point of contact through to the sale of the property and will be tasked with dealing with the customer journey for potential and actual customers.
• You will be conduction viewings, dealing with negotiations and will take full ownership of the site.
• You would also manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets, whilst also looking for career growth in the future.
• You'll be reporting into the Sales Manager regularly.

Flexi Development Sales Manager Requirements:

• New Home Sales experience is preferred as a Development Sales Manager.
• Self motivated.
• Good IT Proficiency.
• Target Driven.
• Must be able to work week weekends
• You'll be covering different sites around the South Coast; Farnham, Frimley, Wokingham & Bordon - Must be happy to travel to these locations

Benefits:

• OTE between £55,000 - £60,000
