Youll

Be Doing -

Support the management team in supervising daily floor operations. -

Lead and motivate the front of

house

team during service. -

Ensure smooth table management and

high standards

of guest service. -

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on the floor. -

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow. -

Monitor service standards and ensure procedures are

followed at all times

. -

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally. -

Support training and development of junior team members. About You -

Proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role in hospitality. -

Strong leadership and

organisational

skills. -

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -
