Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT/ Counterbalance Driver to support a client based in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with the potential for an immediate start and long-term opportunities for the right candidate. Location Grimsby (near Estate Roads) * Site is accessible via local transport routes Shift Pattern 4 on / 4 off * 7:00am - 7:00pm Pay Rate £12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck across warehouse, yard, and Coldstore areas * Loading and unloading deliveries * Supporting general warehouse and yard duties as required (inclusive or handballing) * Assisting other teams when needed What We're Looking For Experience * Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance Licence * At least 1 year experience in a similar role Skills & Attributes * Comfortable working weekends as part of a rota * Willingness to work across Coldstore, warehouse, and outdoor yard environments * Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks * Strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach How to Apply If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, apply online today or contact the Manpower Grimsby office for more information. #LST11
