My client is based in Bardney, Lincoln requires a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join their busy chemical warehousing plant.

The role is paying £13.74 per hour and shifts are 08:00am to finish. Candidates should be flexible to work over 8 hours per day.

The client specialises in Chemical Transport - Nationwide. This is their very busy seasonal uplift and the we envisage the work to be for 1 month and could extend beyond.

Key Responsibilities
· Operating forklift trucks to move stock around the site
· Loading and unloading deliveries from lorries or containers
· Stacking and storing goods in the correct warehouse locations
· Checking loads are secure and safely handled
· Performing daily equipment checks and reporting faults
· Keeping accurate records of stock movements (sometimes using computer systems)
· Following health and safety regulations at all times
· Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Skills & Requirements
· Valid Counterbalnce FLT licence/certification
· Good understanding of warehouse operations
· Strong attention to safety and detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Basic numeracy and literacy skills
· Physical fitness (some lifting may be required)

AN FLT Bendi License would be a real asset, but not mandatory.

The candidate must have their own transport to site due to the location.
