Role Purpose We're seeking a detail-oriented Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance-minded professional to make a direct impact on our business operations.
You'll be the guardian of our F&B financial health, ensuring every penny is accounted for while supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
What You'll Do Process and approve F&B invoices through our Adaco system with precision and efficiency
Monitor and approve daily wastage reports and stock transfers
Maintain our comprehensive F&B Gross Profit master tracker
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to optimize cost control
What We're Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Experience in hospitality finance or cost control (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Highly Desirable:
Adaco system experience - this will set you apart from other candidates
Background in restaurant, hotel, or event venue operations
Understanding of food service profit margins and waste management
Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CIMA/ACCA)
Please note, this role pays up to £40,000
