Food & Beverage Manager We are partnering with a charming rural boutique hotel to recruit an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager. What's on Offer * A basic salary of Circa £40000 * Potential live-in accommodation or relocation assistance * Autonomy to shape and develop the F&B offering * Supportive ownership and long-term career growth The Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the hotel's F&B operation, with a strong focus on the restaurant offering. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead from the front, ensuring high service standards, driving revenue, and creating a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel's reputation and setting. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and events service * Lead, train, and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service * Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation, and guest engagement * Work closely with the Head Chef to align food and service delivery * Manage stock, GP margins, and cost control effectively * Drive revenue through upselling, events, and local partnerships * Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations The Ideal Candidate * Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager within a quality-led environment * Strong background in restaurant operations - this is essential * A natural leader with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach * Commercially aware with a track record of improving performance * Passionate about food, drink, and guest experience * Comfortable working in a rural location (relocation support may be available) If you are a driven Food & Beverage Manager with strong restaurant expertise looking for a rewarding role in a unique rural setting, we would love to hear from you.
