Oversee day-to-day service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Support, guide, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality. Step in to train new team members, ensuring our standards are consistently met. Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining a well-presented service area. Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times. Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to share feedback and implement improvements. Help handle guest queries or issues with professionalism and care.Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality. A passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences. A team player with great communication and people skills. A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Good organisation and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends., Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
