About you as Food and Beverage Supervisor
Experience as Supervisor in hotel or restaurant environment is desirable
Exposure to bar, mixology and/or events service desirable
Natural leader and ability to control busy operation
Flexible approach to duties
Able to build rapport quickly with guests, hosting new and regular guests at busy times
Intuition to read different guests and provide personalised service
Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Supervisor
With the support of F&B Manager, run busy service of bar / events / breakfast leading the team to 5 star service
Serve guests with confidence, charm and professionalism, assisting with any requests
Support F&B Manager with administrative tasks including daily reports, rota management and daily team briefings
Show confidence with product knowledge and facilities to maximise upselling opportunities
Support with training and upskilling team from coffee to service to greeting guests, in line with company standards
Have a flexible approach to working across breakfast, bar opening and events to utilise experience
