Help drive the strategic repositioning of 108 Brasserie, defining its unique identity and driving enhanced guest experiences through creative concepts and activations. Develop and implement compelling activations and events that increase guest engagement and contribute to revenue growth. Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive culture. Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless service delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction across all outlets. Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution. Drive sales growth and financial targets, managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and cost controls effectively. Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, addressing any issues promptly to uphold the hotel's high standards.
