This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a consistently excellent guest experience. You will also play a key role in events and functions, supporting the wider operation when required. This role requires a confident and organised manager who can lead from the front, motivate their team, and maintain control across a varied and busy operation. You will be equally comfortable on the floor during service as you are managing the finer operational details behind the scenes.
