and the continued growth of our coffee lounge concept and daytime food operation. We are now looking to appoint a confident, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop our full food and drink offering. The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of all food and beverage operations across the hotel, coffee lounge, bar, and the newly developed Hyllside Suites, ensuring consistently high standards and a seamless guest experience throughout. Key responsibilities include: Overall management of restaurant, bar, coffee lounge, and suite-related food & beverage services

Leading, training, and motivating the food & beverage team

Delivering strong service standards across breakfast, daytime café trade, dinner, and bar operations

Stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and GP management

Labour planning, rotas, and payroll control

Working closely with the kitchen team on menus and service flow, including seasonal and destination-led offerings

Supporting the launch and ongoing operation of the

Hyllside Suites , ensuring F&B delivery matches the premium guest experience

Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing legislation

Acting as a senior manager within the business and supporting wider hotel operations as required

This is a

hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, driving standards, and developing both people and products. About You

You will ideally: Have proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up

Come from a hotel, country inn, or destination food background

Be commercially minded, with confidence in managing costs, margins, and performance

Be an engaging leader with excellent communication skills

Be organised, flexible, and passionate about delivering great hospitality

What We Offer

Package of circa £40,000 including tronc and incentives (dependent on experience)
