Our client is looking for a quality focused F&B Operations manager for their multi-site F8B venues, to drive, nurture, support, evolve the F&B teams and Hotel services to deliver memorable guest experiences for its domestic, and international customers. The role: The F&B Operations manager will support the Executive Chef and General Manager across the resort over the two dedicated restaurant concepts, three bars, C&E areas, room-service and seasonal outside terraces across this beautiful venue.All the outlets are beautifully appointed, luxurious, and very contemporary. Each offering has a different style of ambience, and is backed by fresh modern cuisine, to 3 Rosette levels, and pushing for Michelin recognition in 2026. This results in memorable dining experiences. The F&B Operations Manager will lead a diverse large, dedicated team across the propertys outlets. Ensuring that the consistent quality delivery of guest food and drink experiences are maintained for this multi-million revenue stream for the ever-evolving business. As F&B Operations Manager you will be used to being very customer facing and help lead all the F&B operations by example. With an eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars, whilst being alive to maximising all commercial opportunities. You will manage the outlet managers of the teams across the operations as required. Sound understanding of P&LS, volume restaurants, fine dining, C&E, costing, stock controls, cellar management, health &safety, training and development, whilst possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are pre-requisites for this highly regarded, globally backed business. Possessing a positive personality, driven to achieve high service standards and results. This is a multi-tasking role, in an amazing first-class environment. You need to be someone used to keeping their fingers on the pulse of an operation at all times. The client requires the candidate to possess first class leadership skills, with right first time engagement with customers, and colleagues alike. Ideally, an able think on your feet person, with a calm approachable manner, with sound decision making capabilities would suit this role.
