This busy hotel and restaurant group are currently looking for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join the business on a minimum one year contract. The company has well-established restaurant and events businesses along with popular and well appointed rooms across two sites. The business has recently upgraded procurement, HR, and EPOS systems looking to streamline systems and control profit more effectively. As Food and Beverage Project Manager you will report into the Operations Manager and work with the HOD's to fine tune operational results. Looking at all departments and how the systems can be utilised fully to achieve company goals. For this Food and Beverage Project Managers role you must have management experience of fast paced, quality focused modern restaurant and bars. Some hotel experience would be useful but not essential. Exposure to multiple food and beverage outlets is though. Along with a competitive salary this is an opportunity for a good work/life balance with Monday to Friday hours. After the contracted year there could be an opportunity to extend or go full-time.
