This private member's club is now looking for an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to look after our conference and banqueting operations. About the Role The F&B Supervisor will provide an excellent, professional, friendly, home from home service for the members and their guests. You will focus on the service element of the role whilst maximising and recording sales in an honest and accurate manner. You will work with the F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager and colleagues to ensure that these areas operate successfully at all times. You will also be responsible as below: -

Deliver a consistently high standard of home from home customer service in a genuine, positive, and professional manner. -To interact with the members in a professional and friendly manner. -

To take Full responsibility for Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and C&B in absence of the F&B and Assistant F&B Managers. -

To supervise the daily operations of Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and C&B with and in the absence of the F&B and Assistant F&B Managers. -

To manage opening and closing shifts and following the reports and handover procedures. -

To delegate the tasks to team member in polite and professional way -To assist in developing and deliver a high standard of professional, timely service in Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and C&B. -

To deal with complaints in a diligent and professional manner, making the Food & Beverage Manager / Ast Food & Beverage Manager aware of all issues. -

To be committed to the selling of beverages and British food at The Club. -

To ensure a smooth service within the food and beverage department by working closely with other members of the food and beverage team.

About You

The ideal candidate will also have: Previous experience of working in high-end, conference & banqueting/ meeting & events in a similar position. Excellent knowledge and skills of various styles of function room set up, C&B service sequence as per function sheet. Excellent team player and good at adapting. Good communication skills. Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days a week including on weekends and bank holidays. The right to work in UK. The Farmers Club is an equal opportunity employer.
