Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Capacity Engineer (Foot Mobile) to provide technical support across multiple commercial sites in Central London. The role involves maintaining mechanical and electrical plant, responding to reactive tasks, supporting project works, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across all allocated buildings. Key Responsibilities Planned & Reactive Maintenance Carry out scheduled PPM on all mechanical and electrical equipment in line with site task schedules and asset lists.
