Foot Mobile M&E Supervisor

This is a foot mobile supervisor role covering a commercial portfolio across Zones 1 to 3. The role suits a strong multiskilled engineer who enjoys leading engineers while remaining hands on with maintenance tasks.
You will oversee engineers across multiple sites while maintaining strong technical standards and client relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
Supervising engineers across a portfolio of commercial buildings
Allocating daily workloads and managing reactive requests
Remaining hands on with maintenance tasks when required
Delivering electrical, mechanical, and general building services work
Managing subcontractors and overseeing specialist works
Conducting site inspections and quality checks
Updating CAFM systems, reports, and maintenance records
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building managers
What Were Looking For
Multiskilled maintenance background within commercial buildings
Electrical or mechanical qualifications preferred
Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
Strong client communication skills
Good admin skills and CAFM reporting
Comfortable travelling between sites
Whats In It For You
£50,000 to £55,000 salary
Monday to Friday working hours
