Location: North Oxford (Summertown)

Pay: £16–£24 per hour (experience dependent)

Camps: Separate day-rate pay

Hours: 2–5 per week to start (more available over time)

Session Times: Weekday evenings, typically 5:30pm–9:00pm

Calibre Football is a growing coaching company based in North Oxford. We deliver fun, engaging player development sessions for ages 6–17, with a simple coaching philosophy:

As we expand, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable coaches to join our team. This is a fantastic role for anyone looking to develop their coaching experience, work part-time alongside studies or other commitments, and grow with a developing grassroots organisation.

Deliver fun, enjoyable football sessions for ages 6–17

• Lead sessions independently or work alongside other coaches

• Support holiday camps (ages 6–13, optional, paid at day rates)

• Create a positive experience for all players

• Uphold Calibre Football’s friendly, development-focused ethos

FA Level 1 (or higher) / Introduction to Coaching Football

• Valid Safeguarding & Emergency First Aid certifications

• Confidence managing groups of children and teenagers

• Enhanced DBS check (funded/provided if needed)

• Reliable, friendly, proactive, and good with communication
