Location: Hemel Hempstead Shift: Sunday to Thursday
2 PM to 10 PM £13.49
10 PM to 6 AM £14.78
About the Role:
Abstract Recruitment is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused, and self-motivated Counterbalance Driver to join a UK-based, award-winning manufacturer of wool, synthetic, and blended carpets. This is an immediate start role offering an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable client.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
Use FLT boom operation daily; training on overhead attachments for loading carpets will be provided onsite
Report any accidents or damages promptly
Ensure Health & Safety compliance for yourself and colleagues by adhering to safe working practices
Communicate effectively within the team to maintain smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience operating CB truck forklifts
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to meet deadlines and understand the impact of your role within the organisation
Own transport is essential
