Founding AI Engineer | Early Stage AI Start-Up | London


Founding AI Engineer required to join an extremely well funded, rapidly growing early-stage AI start-up with a world class founding team using AI to solve a real world problem. You’ll be one of the first technical hires, working directly with the founders to design, build, and deploy LLM-powered systems that meaningfully shape the product and the company.


You are:

  • 2-6 years of professional experience, with strong software engineering fundamentals
  • Proven hands-on experience building AI systems from scratch and deploying LLMs in production
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Academic Excellence: BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related stem field from a top university
  • Comfortable in chaos and thrive in fast paced environments


Bonus points:

  • Experience as an early employee at a start-up
  • Experience working closely with product or founders
