You should be comfortable with: Requirements analysis and solution design Contributing to product roadmap planning and delivery management Delivering solutions for complex technical workflows Data migration planning and execution Designing and deploying complex product features Working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and gather feedback Contributing to UI and UX thinking alongside product stakeholders Presenting technical concepts to internal teams and customers Participating in key stakeholder discussions and strategic planning The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel across the UK for customer meetings, events, and team collaboration (all expensed).
